The first step of course is by way of "reflecting." What I mean is, you need to ask yourself first this question: what is your motivation why you need to augment your current income? What is your goal? What do you want to receive or achieve? A right perspective will surely help start the wheels in motion and will continue rolling if you've set your mind for a good reason for doing so. So, stop digging in your heels to your comfort zones and start now to paint the town red!
